24-Hour Semi-Independent Provision

Our 24-Hour Semi-Independent Provision offers young people the opportunity to develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently, while still having access to around-the-clock support when they need it. This service is particularly beneficial for individuals who are transitioning from more intensive care settings but aren’t quite ready to live entirely on their own. We provide a safe, structured environment where young people can take on more responsibility for their daily lives, such as managing their own finances, preparing meals, and maintaining their living space, all while knowing that support is always available.

Our dedicated team is on hand 24 hours a day to provide guidance, emotional support, and practical advice whenever it’s needed. We work with each young person to develop a personalized independence plan that focuses on building life skills, setting goals, and overcoming challenges. Whether it’s offering advice on job applications, helping to resolve conflicts, or simply being there to listen, our team ensures that no young person feels alone as they navigate the path to independence. This service strikes a perfect balance between providing the support they need and fostering the autonomy they desire, setting them up for success as they transition into full independence.
